You don't have to do that/Don't feel obliged to do that?

You gave a small gift to your friend because she's expecting her first baby. Some days later you saw her again and she said she'd been looking for a gift for you in return but she didn't have time and she hasn't bought one yet. But you don't want her to buy anything for you because the gift was not expensive at all.
In such a situation, what's the good way to express your feeling?
Can you say "Oh no you don't have to do that." or "please don't feel obliged for the small gift" or any other good ways??
Thanks,

Hi, Makiasan But you don't want her to buy anything for you because the gift was not expensive at all. After she has thanked you for the gift, you could say "Don't mention it. " Regards

After she has thanked you for the gift, you could say "Don't mention it. It was the least I could do."
