I just want to know what is the meaning of "You do me wrong" and "You do me right"Thanks!

"Do me" is a colloquialism, so it can be taken in a couple of ways. We say, "Don't do me like that." "Don't do me that way." "I don't know why she does me like that!" There's an old song, "How come you do me like you do - do - do?" There are lots of old blues lyrics about how "my baby/man/woman done done me wrong.l" "Do me" also has a vulgar sexual usage.

So, "Do me wrong/right" can mean "Treat me wrong/right" or "Do wrong/right to me" or "Do something wrong/right to me."

I suppose formally it would be, "She treated me wrongly/rightly," although "wrongly is more common than "rightly." "He wronged me" is used, but I've never heard, "He righted me," except in the sense that I was tipped over and he set me right side up again.

Wow! It's interesting! "You do me wrong or you do me right" can mean "Treat me wrong/right" or Do wrong / right to me or Do something wrong/right to me." Is there any difference between do SO wrong/ right or treat SO wrong/ right in these situations?
1. The father threw the expensive doll into the sea because she could scratch her daughter .
2. Though her father was dead, the daughter always feels sad when she sees the doll of her cousin who lived in the family garden of an area of grapefruit.
3. The blacksmith sold silver and platinum with a same price for precious metal because of the lack of chemical element..
4. Because of the great need of cash,the jeweler gave us an identical price of diamond and sapphire (4c's are not important} when people considered the most valuable thing is gold.
