Can I say to student like that?

If I say 'can', doesn't it imply the ability of seeing so it has a negative meaning?

Should I say,,, you see this? or you are seeing this?

If you are asking a question, then say:

Can you see this?

Do you see this? (Informally said with a commanding tone, it means "Look at this." "Pay attention to this!" It is a little rude, but sometimes teachers have to be stern
