You "can never" have too many

Hi teachers,

You "can never" have too many clutches.

Does this mean you can never have enough of clutches?

Thank you.

Hi Clive,

Thank you very much for your help.

1. I'd like to know if "you can never have too many clutches" appears in an advertisement, does this mean it encourages the audience to buy more clutches?

2. Is "audience" a correct usage for people who read magazine?

Thanks again.

What's a clutch? However, yes.

Target audience is the correct term.

Hi Grammar Geek,

I hope I spelled the word right. Is it a British term for a handbag. A "clutch" is like a handbag without the handle. it can go with a evening gown. I'm a shop assistant now so I'm learning all these terms.

1. Can I say I'm a sales lady?

2. What would the common term you call those people who works in a store which sells dresses, accessories?

I don't think so.
I can't get enough of them means I **** for them. I'm never satisfied.

I suppose it's a matter of degree, but I think it's more like, "Sure, I have enough, but I could always use another one."

Ah, okay. It would make sense in an ad with a woman holding one with piles of them all around, for example, or all arranged on a shelf in her closet.

Sure, it works.

Yes, you can say you're a sales lady, or a sales assistant. In my husband's men's clothing store, they call them "wardrobe consultants." Doesn't that sound highbrow!

I've always remembered "clutch" by the fact that you must clutch/grab it in your hand (no handle).
She was clutching her purse tightly.

To an American who doesn't raise birds, a clutch is a mechanical device which allows one rotating member to grab another member and cause it to turn -
