I guess "keep" is one of those verbs like "make."

"to make the world safefor democracy" - our old WWII slogan.

The plural doesn't work with "entire."

You wouldn't say, "I want to make the whole things safe."

I can't believe I ate the entire pizza! (not "pizzas.")

Anyway, the adverb describes how you do the job.
The adjective describes the result of the job.
You can keep gasoline in this container safely. (You can safely keep gasoline in this container.)

All these donuts are gonna make me fat. (not "fatly.")

All these donuts are gonna keep me fat. (not 'fatly.")

You can keep your entire photo collection safe.

If you like to think of your "photo collection" as several separate collections, then you can't use "entire."
You'd say, "I want to keep all [of] my collections safe."
