You (are/had) better

Hi all,
What I have been familiar with has been "had better" to be correct when having an advice for some one, but I see other versions as well.

How to use these:
1- You better ...
2- You are better ...
3- You had better ...
when we want to have a recommendation for someone please?

These are correct: You had better do it now. You 'd better do it now. You better is lazy and you are better is totally impossible.

Thank you. But is "You better" lazy but grammatical?

Nothing that isn't correct is grammatical.
