0 It's idiomatic, but as the others said, not "polite". So don't talk that way to a waiter, unless you are like me and want to talk like you are in a Hollywood movie or a sitcom. Then it's ok, and you can say: "Hey, you dumb waiter! You're way too slow, and... I don't like slow waiters. Do you understand?" - ...cowboy hats, cigars, beers and guns might help you talk that way. 0-
