Hello, would someone please tell me what's the meaning of 'gone', as in 'you are so gone that ...' ?

I think in that link 'so gone' just means 'so drunk', even though the word 'comatose' is nearby. I don't think the 14-year-olds were near death.

That was my first thought but I changed my mind because of the "comatose" and "so gone that they don't wake up to pee.." parts.

In this context "so gone" means you are gone to unconscious state.
