You are ok

Hello,

One of my friends was worry about me. After she saw that I am fine she said "You are ok now!"

Since that sentence doesn't seem to be a question, how can I reply her?
Is it correct if I reply "I'm fine. Thank you."?

Please suggest me better replies if possible.

Thanks.
