"You are in good shape."

"You are in good shape."

I think the sentence can have two different meanings; one is "You are healthy or well" and the other is "You have a good body". What do you native English speakers think about it? Thank you so much as usual and have a good day.

Thank you so much and if It can also mean 'You are physically fit', Does "You have a good body" mean the same as "You are in good shape"? Or does "You have a good body" sound vulgar? And then, when can I use the expression "You have a good body"? I just want to be careful in using such expressions. Thank you so much.

I have one more question.

1) 'You have a nice shape'

2) 'You have nice shape'

Do we need "a" or is it optional? I think the second is more common. What do you think? Thank you so much as usual.
