Hello guys! Can someone help me with the following?
-When driving carelessly, you're easy to have an accident.

Is it ok to say - you're easy to have an accident - in a sentence like this? Or is it more natural to say: When you're driving carelessly, it's easy to have an accident.??

Saying "you're easy" is not good in this sentence. Saying "it's easy to have an accident" is normal.

In addition to your first sentence, you could also say these:
