You are chosen vs You've been chosen

So let's say you enter a raffle and you ask your friends to check whether they were chosen, which is the correct way?:

Check if you are chosen! or Check if you've been chosen!

You say, "Did you win?" or "Check to see if you('ve) won!"

'chosen' would not come up in that verbal exchange.
