You are being weird.

Would you please tell me what is the difference between these two sentences, and if they can be used interchangeably?

You have become wierd.

You are being weird.

Thanks.

No.

be ~ no change
become ~ change

You have become weird. ~ You were not weird before, but you have changed. Now you are weird (generally, most of the time).

You are being weird. ~ You are acting in a weird way just now (temporarily).
