Recently I and my friends had an expensive meal at your restaurant. I have some feedback for you about food and service.

Firstly, I would like to tell about the food. I tend to think that the food was worth the money I paid for it. The food is not only well-decorated but also its flavor suited my taste. However , The service of your restaurant was not up to the mark. To begin with, we have to waited without any explanation for twenty minutes. When we were finally seated, we had to wait another fifteen minutes for our order to be taken. In addition, when I dropped my spoon, I waited more than five minutes for the waiter to bring new spoon because they were busy talking to each other. We were extremely disappointed about the service at the time.

I expect an explanation for this poor quality of your service and I would like you to suggest that you should provide proper training to your staff members.
