Hi

A taxi driver is standing next to his car. Suddenly a friend of his appears and says to him:

You all right for tomorrow night?

The taxi driver replies: Reckon so. Not afore half-past seven. Pick you up then. All right?

1. Does it mean: Are you free tomorrow night?

2. And he replies that is OK, but not before half-past seven?
