Yoga movements

I need to learn to describe yoga movements in proper English. Is there any site where I can learn for instance see this picture. To make someone stand like this, can I say

Please put your hands and keep straight out towards your shoulder. Or stretch your arms out to the side.

And also other movements like stretching arms out to upward, forward etc

Instructions: Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart, hands by your side. Raise your arms, palm down, to shoulder level and hold.
