yet/already/just - continuation

Hello again

Have you seen Dave yet? (to me it's just a typical question)

Have you already seen Dave? (this one shows surprise in my opinion)

Have you just seen Dave (this one asks if I've seen him not a long time ago, right?)

I haven't got the tickets yet

I haven't already got the tickets. (I think this one is completely wrong)

Are these two the same: Have you already finished? Have you finished yet?

What would you write if you saw something like this:

Simon's left the party. (It's only nine o'clock)

Would you write: Simon has already left the party OR Simon has just left the party. ----I would write "just"

thanks

Have you seen Dave yet? (to me it's just a typical question) Yes. You are expecting that your listener will see Dave if he hasn't already.

Would you write: Simon has already left the party OR Simon has just left the party. ----I would write "just" By specifying only, it seems you are emphasizing your expectation that it may be too early to leave. Use already.

It's only nine o'clock (that is, it's not very late), and Simon's already left the party. (He's left sooner than expected.) That's unusual. I thought he would have stayed longer. It seems to me that nine o'clock is too early for him to leave.
