Yet "positive"

Dear teachers,

I have searched about "yet" on a search bar and I found too many hits. Most of them are used for negative sentences. e.g I haven't done yet. They haven't gone yet. Can it be used for positive sentence too?

I am there yet.
I have eaten dinner yet.
I have done with my homework yet.

Thanks!

The 2nd one at least is a different 'yet' — it means 'but'.

I think another possibility is: Are you ready yet?
