yet another test question

I don't suppose you know...........I have to see about this sitiation, do you?

A)that
B)who
C)what
D)--
E)where

Sorry to bother you again with another question. "A","B" "C" seem to be possible answers within their proper contexts.

"A" seems reasonable considering "see about" is a phrasal verb meaning "making arrangements or to deal with something". In addition; "that" starts a noun clause.

"B" seems reasonable as a "realtive pronoun"

"C" seems reasonable as a noun clause

mind if I take your comments on it? Thanks !

B), and I prefer whom in formal contexts. situation=job, position in some contexts thus it might be seeing someone about a job However, it might be about a problem. Still B, seeing the person in charge.
