Yet another silly question about a silly title

On the prototype real-type intelligence system "Automated Workspace of a Railway Station's Dispatcher"

Hello all!

This time my candidate title is:
«On the prototype real-type intelligence system "Automated Workspace of a Railway Station's Dispatcher"» — as you see it's even worse than the previous one. Not hoping to get it sound nice, I'd like know only one thing: is it at least grammatically correct?

Thanks in advance!
Anton

P.S.: But if you see evident ways to improve it without any significant change in the meaning, then, of course, suggestions are welcome! But I am afraid you're so tired of my title questions...

P.P.S.: I am really sorry for such boring posts.

Thanks! It sounds a bit better. Do you consider the "of a railway station's dispatcher" version incorrect?

It's correct, but a bit obsolete for titles these days
