Whats the right way of saying this:

a) Good luck in finding him.
b) Good luck on finding him.
c) Good luck with finding him.

Are all of the above correct?

They all seem reasonable and correct. However, usually most people would stick to WITH in this case.

It would not be at all unusual to hear that sentence with no preposition at all:

d) Good luck finding him.
