Thank you friends.
Nona The BritI'm afraid these are all incorrect.

If I remove "yet" from all the sentences, will they be correct?

The last two would be.

The first two - problem with 'have' used with 'teacher'.

Thank you.

I think we can say "My teacher have come today". "I have come today".

So while making questions it becomes "Have your teacher come today"?; "Have you come today"?

Then, what's the problem with the first two sentences.

Teacher (singular) needs to go with 'has'.

Teachers (plural) goes with 'have'.

Thank you Nona-the-Brit.

I know it. But I overlooked it. Now I realised that I should be very careful while writing sentences because even though I know them, I am liable to make mistakes.

Now, I know I can say, "Did you have your lunch yet"?

Then I wonder why this is wrong, "Did your teacher come yet?"
