Yesterday evening vs. last night

Good evening again.

Is there a real difference between 'yesterday evening' and 'last night'?

Thanks

I perceive "yesterday evening" as starting around 6 pm and ending at midnight, and "last night" as starting maybe at 10 pm, and continuing through until maybe 4 - 5 am. g. 5 am could feel like night in the winter when it is dark at that time, and morning in the summer when it is light.

This could vary somewhat depending on season, e.g. 5 am could feel like night in the winter when it is dark at that time, and morning in the summer when it is light.
