Yes, yeah, ya, yay, ???

I realize these words probably are not proper English, but are these the correct spellings as they would be commonly used in conversation:

Yeah=I agree,yes
Ya=you
Yay???=happy, success

this is pretty much how I've seen these used - and spellings are fine the first is very widespread, and many ppl use it in speech, and in informal writing the second is more restricted to speech, unlikely in writing unless depicting a casual style the third is casual, and more common in writing, my young e-mailers use it quite extensively to express enthusiasm or support
