Do commas typically follow words like 'yes', 'no' and 'sure' in the following examples?


Yes, I will.

No, I won't.

Sure, I will.

It depends on what you mean. If you mean Of course I will, then no. If it’s the kind of sure as in Sure, I’d love to, then the comma is necessary.
