Learning or practicing anything- YES! ANYTHING! Learning and practicing help strengthen and change our brains.
I saw the above in one of the videos titled "what is a main idea by Khan academy" on YouTube.
I know the exclamation are used for strong emotions but I don't understand which or what strong emotions demand the use of exclamation here. When do we use capitals the way they have used in "YES! ANYTHING!.
