Yellow-orange or yellowish-orange

Hi. Are they the same?

1. He has a yellow-orange shirt.
2. He has a yellowish-orange shirt.
3. He has an amber shirt.

Also, if he has a yellow shirt with the capital letters "A" and "B" imprinted on the front, can we say he has a yellow-orange shirt or a yellowish-orange shirt? Thank you in advance for your help.
