Years of age?

Is the sentence correct? If not please can anyone do it?

"Even though still young with 40 years of age, the company already has.."

The beginning of the sentence is awkward, not very clear ..... the 'even though' doesn't seem to fit in well.

Maybe you could put it this way:
"At a young age of 40, the company has already ......"
