Years 1 to 3

Hello,

could you please say whether this sentence is correct?

"Maths education in preschool and in/during Years 1 to 3 in/of Primary School."

I know that in AmE, it's "grades", not "years", but as fas as I know, "years" is used in BrE.

If my sentence doesn't sound natural, could you suggest how to improve it?

Thank You

That's not a sentence; it has no main verb. Is it meant to be a heading instead?
