Yearly vacation and housing allowance increment
Hi to everybody, please help me to compose a decent and convencing letter. I've been working in a private company for more than 10 years and ever since my vacation have been every 2 years.
Our company policy for vacation are as follows:
1. Employee with salary grade from 1 to 5 will have a vacation every 2 years.
2. Employee with salary grade from 6 above is entitled for a yearly vacation.
In addition, our company have been providing me annual housing allowance of US$ 3200, whilst my actual house rent been US$ 4000/ per year, so im paying extra US$ 800 from my salary.
In view of the above i would like to request a yearly vacation and housing allowance increment. So heregoes my draft letter for your comment/s, suggestions.

Respected Sir,
May I request your kindness to upgrade my salary level into 6th Grade so that I can avail of the yearly vacation with air plane ticket to see my aging mother at least once a year. Also, I wish our company will support me to bear full payment of my house rent as I’ve been in financial difficulties since last year due to the frequent increasing in house rental everywhere. (attached my house contract for renewal).
I hope my loyalty and long dedicated services to the company will compensate my request.
I wish and pray for more business growth and continued success to ABC Company.
