yearly ticket request letter
Dear Sir,
am working in a company and due to m contract, i should be earned a yearly ticket to home at the end of my rotation (11 by 1 months) and for some reasons i have to submit for an urgent leave for one week and i have just completed six months out of 11, and i need for my ticked to be issued with this leave, the HR people agreed if i write an official letter admitted that i will not ask for the ticket later. please help me out writing this letter,
