Yakup ?

0 I am wanting to teach in China this July and it looks like a recruitment organization called Yakup may have something for me. Can anyone tell me if they are a reputable company to get work through? 0-

0 The discusion we have in these forums is casual, if I was writing something formal I would have written,'I would like', but as we tend to write in here as we speak, saying 'I am wanting' is perfectly ok, and no less correct than 'I want to teach'. Perhaps it is a culture thing? Here in Australia to say 'I am wanting' for something I want now and am continuing to want is perfectly fine. 0-

0 Hi Robyn, I think thay use that construct in Ireland too, and I've heard it in Scotland. Actually, just looking at it I can hear it in an Irish accent. 0-
