Yahoo doesn't care or Yahoo don't care?

We use "does" in he/ she/ it. So, theorically, I must to say "Y! doesn't care", because Yahoo is a company, right? On the other hand, when I say "Yahoo doesn't care", I'm not reffering to "it". I'm reffering to those who works in that company. It would be "Yahoo don't care".

Which is the right one anyway? English is not my mother tongue and I'm really confused.

Hi, You do have a degree of choice here; however, once you decide on "do" or "does", remember to stick with it. Personally, even though you are making reference to several employees, they are, however, following company policy. For that reason, I would pick "do".
