Please correct the following text:
Michael: I have been here for the last 5 years.
Catherine: 5 years!

Your first sentence (with the word 'even') seems the most appropriate in the context.
I doubt that your third sentence would be used.

In your first two sentences, I'd probably do the following:
- add a conjunction, e.g. 'and'
- omit 'than this'
- change 'Ya' to 'Yeah'

Yeah, and some have been here even longer.

I take that in the above sentence you meant to say that my third sentence would not be used. Correct? But I could have written it as I doubt that you third sentence would NOT be used. Is my way also correct?
