The line chart given illustrates development of six kinds of information and communication technology between a 1998 to 2008 .

overall, except Wi-Fi started in 2003 ,five other types were used more earlier. among of all types ,cell phone were the most common used in the period of 10 years.

From 1998 to 2007, the number of cell phone user saw a fluctuate growth, accounting below 10% in 1998 and reach a peak in 2007 at around 45%. The number of private phone used in 2007 about fourth times as much as those used in 1998. In one year later, however, the number of mobile phone user rapidly fell down. Wifi network which were used more later than others went up sharply in 5 years, at 0% and over 10% in 2003 and 2008 respectively. In 1998, landline had the highest percentage user, nearly 10% and was the second widespread technology in 2008. The amount of landline, fixed broadband and internet saw a slightly increase during 10 years. In 2008, internet network was the most popular technology, which made up over 20%.
