WT1: Oil use of major consumers

Thank you for reading my essay. I think that i've made a lot of mistakes so i hope you can help me to fix them. Your enthusiastic help would be a great motivation for me to improve in the future.

My essay:

The line graph illustrates the amount of oil consumed by four main users in the period from 2009 to 2030.

Overall, the total oil use of US and Western Europe & japan showed a general tendency of decrease while China and Middle East had the amount of oil increasing throughout the period. The oil consumed by Us was highest all over 21 years shown.

In 2009, 10 millions barrels was used by US per day and the figure remained stable until 2005 before declining rapidly to over 4 millions barrels at the end of the period. At the beginning, western East and Japan had the amount of consumed oil much lower than US with only 4 millions barrels per day and then the figure went down regularly to 2 millions barrels a day in 2030.

In 2009, Middle East and China gave the same starting point at 2 millions barrels per day. While the figure for Middle East rose markedly to 3 millions barrels per day by 2030, the amount of used oil in China reached a peak of 3.8 millions barrels in 2025 before going down slightly to ver 3 millions barrels per day in the year 2030.
