Wrote

Hi.
What's the difference between 'he wrote' and 'he has written'?

Top answer

It is the same as the general difference between simple past and present perfect. Haven't you studied those already?

well, when you write 'he wrote:"..."', probably you have seen his notes or someone confident has told you that he wrote such, so it has come to you.isn't present perfect only about the effect of something coming to the present?
