Wronged

Does this sentence make sense:

"The poor little girl. was born in an unstable environment, and died in very dire circunstances. She was so wronged in her short life."

Or

"The poor little girl. was born in an unstable environment, and died in very dire circunstances. How wronged she was during her short life."

And in case it makes sense, what does 'wronged' mean?
