wrong glasses

How do you say: These new glasses don't fit. My head hurts. The prescription is too strong.

Don't wear glasses that don't fit your eyes. It isn't good.

Thanks

Hello CJ,

Could you please tell me if the From at the begining is necessary and if I wanted to end with a preposition, which would it be? Is the repition of from at the beginnig and end correct?
How would you phrase it?

(From) the distance the ophthalmologist wants me to read the letters at/from I can barely see anything.

From the distance from

It's as shown above. "from" would be OK, but it's not as good with "from" coming up again so soon in the sentence.

I don't understand. Is 1 correct with the first from? Do I leave it out? In number 1 would it be at or from at the end of the sentence?
