This sounds like something you will do in the future. Don't say it this way if you are listing your current duties in your resume. This was already explained to you in another thread, I think.
I found "incorrect documents" a strange expression and not very descriptive of what you actually mean. I can't imagine a real life example of a company that would record "incorrect documents." Could you explain further what you mean by that? I think there would be a better term in U.S. and probably also in British English for that category.

You are the person at the company who decides what documents get sent back.
The postman is just doing his job in carrying whatever mail is given to him and putting it in the system so that it is transported to the address specified.
So, for that reason, you are the person who sends back the documents, because you are the one making decisions on what gets sent back. The postman
