The chart above compares the percentage of households in owned and rented accommodation in England and wales between 1918 to 2011.
As we can see in the chart, the principal trends through 93 years are decreasing and raise. First of all, the most striking feature is the contrast of two kinds of accommodation's percentages. Household in owned steadily fails from 86percent in 1918 to 31 per cent in 2001, the highest row of household in owner is in 1918 meanwhile that year have the lowest per cent of rented accommodation. Two components' percentage is equal in 1971 with 50 per cent and then continue decrease and increase as the same previous pattern. Even though when the household was decreasing pretty fast and the rented accommodation's percentages also were raising quite steadfast but generally renting accommodation highest percentage had never been higher than the highest specializations the other before they suddenly changed their trend in 2011. In 2011 the household owner raised slightly by 4 per cent while renting accommodation decreased appropriately the same amount per cent of the other.
