The pie charts provide information about result of study what makes people in 30 and over 30 ages feel the happiest. Overall, both two age groups, achievement at work is the most important. However, people over 30 settles down with their family so traveling probably are not essential to them.

According to the first pie chart, reward at work brings the greatest resource happiness over this age (31%). Their second happiest resource was doing hobbies with about 22%. While percentage of people feel most happy with good appearance stood at 18 %, travelling and other factors have the percentage nearly similar 15%, 14% restively.

Turn to the second chart, achievement at work plays an important role in bringing most happy to them with about 32%, while only 10% of other factors makes them happiness. At the same time, the percentage of doing hobbies is higher than financial security (4%). Meanwhile, there is a special point in this age is that they feel most happy with their family, account for 20% of total people over 30.
