writting cancelation letter

Hi everyone

i need some help to cancel my sky digital

they promised me to provide 80 chanel radios and 120 tv chanels including movies,sport and music

if i'm being honest with you what i got so far is not even 50 chanels, so im not satisfied with the services

therefore i want to cancel the sky any help woutld be great appreciated .

here is what i wrote:

31-08-2006 sky digital

address computer road 333

Dear sir/Maddam

i would like to inform that i wish to cancel this sky box digital

for the main reason i'm not satisfied with the services and the equipment

Hi, First, put your address at the top right corner, followed by the date. A little lower and on the left, put the company's name and address. Then say - Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to cancel my Sky Box Digital service immediately.
