Writting a report ... could you please review some sentences?
Hi,
I´m writting a report but I´m not confident if the following senteces are correct; could you please help me, giving me your opinion (I kmow that seems massive but I really need your help, please).
1) This audit has complemented the audit X (which focused on the structures assessments activity undertaken by the structures team) as it covered the other activities of this team, such as design and supervision.
2) It was verified that the training session X (undertaken in December) had reinforced the auditee awareness of the internal procedures.
3) As good practice, it was verified that the person X has developed a checklist to ensure that the necessary forms for the project delivery/management were completed and included in the project file.
4) As verified in audit X, during this audit it was shown that regular project monitoring meetings have been carried out with the client to good effect.
5) These meetings have allowed highlighting any potential concern and addressing it on time, reinforcing the communication channels between our company and the client and increasing the effectiveness of the project delivery.
6) The auditee was not aware of how to access the client’s brief.
7) The auditee has shown the X link and how to access the extranet.
8) There was no evidence that form X had been completed for the project X.
9) This was justified by the fact that the project had commenced prior to the training session.
10) It was recommended to change the title of the register X to "e-mails register" to avoid confusion with the title of register Y.
11) In regard to the purchasing issues, it was encouraging to verify that the auditee has demonstrated good understanding of the purchasing procedure and to observe its compliance.
12) Although the projects managed by auditee Z had commenced before the December’s training session, the forms had been completed and fed back to the line manager.
13) It was encouraging to verify that the auditee was not only committed to comply with the internal procedures but also to disseminate them trough the office.
14) As opportunity of improvement the auditee has referred that the division should make the staff more aware of the opportunities of promoting sustainable designs as it is expected from the divisional policy.
