Failed monitor the acting status for two employees who were appointed in acting position. As a result the payment of acting allowance payable to the two employees was stopped even though they continue to carry out their their acting functions. It was discovered that you did not send notification to the respective immediate superior nor alert your immediate superior about the status of the acting position held by the two employees
