Written books are not needed because we can read almost everything on the Internet- do you agree or disagree with this statement?

As the whole world now are using technology for their daily needs, education is no exception. Students tend to find information online, moreover, some argues that bookshops are no longer available because they can read any books they want on websites. Personally, I totally disagree with this thought.

First of all, there are loads of people using the internet’s convenience for the wrong reason. They collect fake books from unreliable sources and upload them on some webs to earn money. This is called copyright infringement. Unfortunately, students have no idea that they are accessing the unreal websites, as a consequence, they have wrong knowledge. By contrast, written books are always checked to be official and published by the authors themselves. Especially fake books are easier to be eliminated than fake websites.

In addition to that, buying and reading books are the crucial way that readers can do to support their favorite writers. As more and more people buy their books, they can earn more money for a better living. Moreover, the authors will have more inspriration to try more, with the belief that their products are always welcomed.

Finally, reading books is a good habit that any children should have. Written book is a means of healthy and relaxing entertainment. While reading, children tend to concentrate more, therefore helps they practice the ability to completely focus.

In conclusion, maybe some people have the opinion that internet is advantageous, I won’t deny it. But I can’t stand the assumption that written books are not essential these days.
