Dear Sir,

I am so pleased to know that you will be coming to the U.S. soon. I want to extend an invitation to you to visit me and my church when you are here. We can learn so much from each other, including cultural things and the way we communicate with our congregations. I'm sure you will be welcomed by my church community. We would love to host you while you're here.
