Writing to my doctor

0 I need a letter from my doctor so am writing a request. I haven't been in contact with the surgery for some time so don't know if this doctor is still working there. Should I address the letter to him or use something more general? 0-

0 I would address it to the doctor, Guest. If he's no longer there, they will pass your letter to the person who has taken over the practice. 02br 02br 00MrP 0-
