Writing to follow up

Hi All,

I am working with a vendor who is taking a bit long to reply to my queries on a software system we are implementing. I have written to the vendor a second time saying something like below:

Wondering if you have a chance to go through the queries?

I haven't gotten a reponse yet. I'm not too sure what I should write to remind the vendor for the 2nd time. I would like a response but I want to sound tactful as I do not want to come across as pushy or hurt feelings, as I still need to work with the vendor. Any suggestions?

Hi Clive,

The vendor actually requested to comunicate via email. His obligations are less currently as we have received training for the software.
