Just wondered what is the correct way of writing to a titled Sir.
Dear Sir John Smith or Dear Sir John
I don't know the person so should I sign it your faithfully or yours sincerely;
Dear Sir John Yours sincerely ( Yours faithfully is seldom used in modern English. Sometimes in a formal letter if you don't know the person's name. )
